Ephrem Hector Paradela, MD
"We are here to add what we can to life, not to get what we can from it."
Dr. Paradela is board-certified in internal medicine and recently served as assistant program director of the internal medicine residency program at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC). A gifted teacher, he has been part of that program's core teaching faculty for 14 years.
Dr. Paradela received his medical degree from the Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines and completed his residency in internal medicine at ARMC, where he has been in clinical practice since 1997.
Dr. Paradela is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the leading professional organization for internal medicine. In addition to English, he speaks Tagalog.
Gregory Novotny, DO
"The good physician treats the disease. The great physician treats the patient who has the disease."
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Novotny has been a physician with AtlantiCare since 1999.
In addition to his clinical practice, he is part of the teaching faculty for internal medicine residents at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) and has served as an urgent care physician.
Dr. Novotny has also been active in the South Jersey area as a public health physician and served on the medical staff of a long-term care facility.
He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Atlantic City Medical Center (now ARMC).
Neha Patel, MD
Neha Patel, MD, completed her undergraduate education at SVVM School, India. She then attended C.U. Shah Medical College. Dr. Patel completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, New York.
Dr. Patel is ABIM board-eligible and is a member of AMA, NJEM.
Dr. Patel has a special interest in preventive medicine and women's health.
Holly Ann Donald, MSN, FNP-BC, RN
Holly Ann Donald, MSN, FNP-BC, RN, completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Stockton University. She plans on continuing her education for a doctoral of nursing practice (DNP) in January 2018.
Holly is a certified nurse practitioner through American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Holly Ann Donald has 5 years’ experience in emergency/acute care at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center (ARMC) City Division and Community Medical Center Barnabas Health. She has special interest in managing and educating about chronic disease management.
